Cancellation Policy: (See Notice of Race - Section 8).
If an entry is cancelled by a competitor, the entry fee will be refunded as follows:

If written cancellation of an entry is received at the Regatta office before 1700 on Wednesday 24th January, 2024. The whole fee, less a 5,000 THAI BAHT administration charge will be refunded. After this deadline refunds will be made only in exceptional circumstances.
